We offer a wide range of screens and screening systems for utilization in many production processes, such as vegetable and mineral waste.
Each screen is designed for long life with minimum maintenance. Screens are manufactured in mild, stainless steel or galvanised and can be supplied with or without platforms.
Standard features - Rotary Paddle Screen
- 900mm diameter
- 4 cleaning arms with adjustable strip brushes
- Brush scraper bar with shock absorbers
- Central drive shaft carried in self lube bearings
- Stainless steel barrel with round perforations or wire screen with aperture
- Double reduction shaft mounted gearbox
- Infeed launder and solid scroll auger screw in barrel
- Access doors to barrel with interlock switches
- Screen supported above the balance tank

- Interchangeable rubber scrapers
- Wedge wire or perforated plate screening element
